SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase products from sugarmasterllc.com (the “Site”), operated by SUGARMASTER LLC (“SUGARMASTER,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

We currently ship to:

  • United States

  • United Kingdom

By placing an order on our Site, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy in addition to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund & Returns Policy.

3. Order Processing Time

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible.

  • Standard Processing Time:
    Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays).

  • Peak Periods:
    During high-demand periods (such as holidays, promotions, or new product launches), processing may take slightly longer.

  • Order Cut-Off Time:
    Orders placed after the end of the business day or on weekends/holidays will be processed starting on the next business day.

Processing time is separate from the shipping/delivery time. Delivery time estimates begin after your order has been processed and handed to the carrier.


4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  1. United States (Domestic Shipping)

    • All 50 U.S. states

    • We may also ship to U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses where supported by our carriers (availability may vary).

  2. United Kingdom (International Shipping)

    • Mainland UK and, where supported, certain UK territories or regions (subject to carrier coverage and local regulations).

If your region is not available at checkout, we are not currently able to ship to that location.


5. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

The shipping methods available and the corresponding estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.

5.1. United States

Typical options may include (subject to availability and change):

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.)
    Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after order processing.

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.)
    Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days after order processing.

In some cases, additional options such as economy or express services may be offered depending on your location and order size. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier performance, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

5.2. United Kingdom

Typical shipping for the UK:

  • Standard International Shipping (UK)
    Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after order processing.

Please note:

  • International deliveries may be subject to customs inspections, local postal procedures, and other delays that can extend the delivery time beyond our estimates.

  • The timelines above are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


6. Carriers

We partner with reputable shipping carriers and logistics providers. These may include:

  • For the United States: USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other recognized carriers.

  • For the United Kingdom: international carriers and/or local postal services (such as Royal Mail or other courier services), depending on the shipping method selected.

The carrier used for your order may vary based on your address, order size/weight, service availability, and our logistics arrangements.


7. Shipping Rates & Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Destination (U.S. vs. UK)

  • Shipping method selected (standard, expedited, etc.)

  • Order weight, size, and value

  • Any current promotions or discounts

The final shipping cost for your order will be shown at checkout before you complete payment.

  • From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions. Such promotions are subject to specific terms (e.g., minimum order value) and may be limited in time or region.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes (United Kingdom)

For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, you may be responsible for:

  • Import duties

  • VAT or other local taxes

  • Customs clearance fees

  • Carrier brokerage fees or handling charges

Important notes:

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost shown at checkout (unless explicitly stated otherwise).

  • You are the importer of record and are responsible for ensuring that the product complies with local laws and regulations, and for paying any applicable customs and import fees.

  • Customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information.

If you refuse to pay customs duties or charges and the shipment is returned or destroyed, any resultant costs (including return shipping, customs fees, or disposal charges) may be deducted from any refund, where legally permitted, or may result in no refund if the goods cannot be returned to us in resellable condition.


9. Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

9.1. Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been processed and shipped:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

  • This email will typically include:

    • Your order number;

    • The carrier name (where applicable);

    • A tracking number or tracking link (if available).

9.2. Tracking Your Order

  • You can use the tracking number or link to monitor the status of your delivery on the carrier’s website.

  • Please allow some time after receiving the shipping confirmation for tracking information to update.

9.3. Delivery Confirmation

  • Orders are typically considered delivered when the carrier marks them as delivered at the shipping address.

  • In some cases, the carrier may deliver to a mailbox, parcel locker, front desk, neighbor, or safe place, in accordance with their policies and local practices.


10. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

10.1. Correct Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please check that:

  • House/building number, street name, city, state/province, postal/ZIP code, and country are correct;

  • Any unit/apartment/suite number is included where necessary;

  • Your contact email and phone number are correct so the carrier or we can contact you if needed.

If an order is shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you and is not returned to us, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement.

10.2. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

A package may be classified as undeliverable or returned to sender for reasons such as:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address;

  • Refusal to accept the package;

  • Failure to pick up the package from a pickup point or post office;

  • Failure to pay customs or import fees (for UK orders);

  • Carrier inability to deliver after multiple attempts.

If a package is returned to us:

  • We will contact you to discuss reshipment options, if available;

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment;

  • In certain cases, we may issue a refund minus original shipping costs and any return fees charged by the carrier, where permitted by law and depending on product condition.


11. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

11.1. Lost Packages

If tracking shows that a package has not moved for a prolonged period or appears lost:

  • Please contact us at info@sugarmaster.com with your order number and tracking details;

  • We may open an inquiry with the carrier to attempt to locate the shipment;

  • Resolution (replacement, refund, or other remedy) will depend on the carrier’s investigation outcome and our internal policies.

11.2. Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it:

  • Check with neighbors, building management, front desk, or family members;

  • Look around the property for possible safe places where the package may have been left;

  • If you still cannot find it, contact us and your local carrier office.

While we will do our best to assist, once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, risk of loss may have passed to you. We cannot guarantee a refund or replacement for packages that are confirmed delivered but reported as missing, though we will review situations on a case-by-case basis.

11.3. Delays

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers, postal services, or customs;

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses;

  • Weather conditions or natural disasters;

  • Strikes, labor disputes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.


12. Split Shipments & Out-of-Stock Items

12.1. Split Shipments

In some cases, an order containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages due to:

  • Inventory location;

  • Product size/weight;

  • Logistics optimization.

If your order is split, you may receive multiple shipping confirmation emails with separate tracking numbers.

12.2. Out-of-Stock or Backordered Items

If an item you ordered is unexpectedly out of stock or on backorder:

  • We will contact you at the email provided to inform you of the delay;

  • You may be offered options such as:

    • Waiting for restock;

    • Receiving a partial shipment;

    • Choosing an alternative item (where available);

    • Receiving a refund for the unavailable item.


13. Changes to This Shipping Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our shipping practices, carriers, destinations, or legal requirements.

When we make changes, we will:

  • Update the “Effective Date” at the top of this Policy; and
